Winery:
You will visit an 18th-century winery, walking through an experimental vineyard.
An expert will explain the 'bio-dynamic' project. , grape varieties and the storage of wine in amphorae just as the ancient Romans did.

Wines: 3 samples of wine + 1 sample of sparkling wine
Appetizer: Bruschetta with olive oil , provolone cheese with jams, Neapolitan salami, prosciutto, provola cheese and ricotta cheese with lemon flavor
First course: Paccheri pasta with cherry tomatoes and basil
