Regarding cancellations Pompeii Grand tour s.r.l will provide a refund as follows:

 

Standard cancellation policy.

• More than 7 days before the requested service: No penalty – 100% refund. 

For cancellations made 6 to 3 days before the date of the requested service: 50% penalty. 

• For cancellations made less than 48 hours or in case of no-show of the customer: 100% penalty. No 100% refund of penalty.

If the price of the tour you booked includes advance purchase entrance tickets to Museums/Archaeological Sites/Art Galleries/Churches, the cost of the tickets will not be refunded

 

Exceptions to the Standard Cancellation Policy.

 

Major force:

If the cancellation of the tour is caused by force majeure Pompeigrandtour s.n.c. will give a full refund.

Force majeure refers to major events such as war, civil uprisings, strikes, natural disasters caused by extreme weather conditions, volcanoes or earthquakes that make visits dangerous and impossible to hold. The determination of force majeure will be determined at the discretion of Pompeigrandtour s.n.c.

Those who travel on a cruise ship and have to cancel for reasons related to bad weather conditions that do not allow the ship to dock in port are not directly responsible for the cancellation of the tour; you will not lose anything: no penalties – 100% refund.

Payment Policies

You can pay when booking, for personalized payments contact us.
– only a 30% deposit, and then complete the payment the day before the tour
– or pay the difference in cash on the day of the tour
